West Ballrooms
With breathtaking views of the harbour and the Coast Mountains, we can cater to up to 3,000 of your guests in the West Ballrooms. This is the ultimate event package for a magical reception. With 35’ tall windows this is the perfect venue to surprise your guests with a fireworks show followed by one of Vancouver’s top dance bands to end a perfect night.
West Exhibition Halls
The Vancouver Convention Centre’s West Exhibition Halls offers a theatre set for 1800 and a banquet area designed for 3600. We can cater to all of your banquet and meetings needs in one hall.
In this package we offer a 100 foot wide ’MegaVideo™ screen behind the stage. The stage is also flanked with four more state-of-the-art high definition video screens powered by very bright 18,000 lumen projectors. These super bright screens will ensure that all of your guests get a great view of your content, and feel included in the event. MegaVideo™ utilizes picture in picture to create infinite ways to communicate your message to your audience.
East Exhibition Halls
The East Exhibition Halls package features seating for up to 2,360 guests. This is a perfect venue for a gala dinner with entertainment. We feature our 96’ wide MegaVideo™ screen in this package. This screen can bring images and graphics to life in a big way in this big hall.
Eight 20’ wide high definition screens are also included creating the ultimate conditions for a great video experience for your guests. This video system will also bring together all of your special guests with the use of creative image magnification of all of the action on the main stage.
