Our Environmental Footprint
We strive to reduce our event footprint on every event by creating recycling programs and using energy efficient technology for lighting and video.
We create and design set backdrops and décor utilizing recycled materials.
We reduce printing by utilizing electronic signage.
We create smart phone event applications to reduce printing
We design 100 mile menus using local produce, poultry, fish, dairy, fruits and vegetables.
We create sustainable centerpieces using local British Columbia plants and flowers rather then shipping non native flowers

Giving Back Our team volunteers for various charities throughout the year. Every year we support one charity by accommodating their event production requirements. Every holiday seasons in lieu of gifts we buy livestock for a village in underdeveloped counties.

Giving back to our industry Our team has volunteered on numerous special event boards including: Tourism Vancouver Meeting Professionals International – BC Chapter International Special Events Society – Vancouver Chapter

By helping to mature and grow our industry we enhance our ability as special event professionals to instill ethics, professionalism and environmental standards into our industry. Our sustainable event plan was approved for the Ethics in Action Gala event.
